• Showcasing new & emerging smart mobility technologies within urban transportation infrastructures

Smart Urban Mobility Solutions comprises an exhibition and 2-day conference programme. The event leverages Scotland’s long history of innovation in Intelligent Traffic Control and Glasgow’s pioneering work on Smart Cities.

The event will take place at the SEC, Glasgow on 2-3 May 2018 alongside All-Energy, the UK’s largest renewable energy and sustainability event.

Transport in Scotland: the next 10 years

“Transport is changing dramatically with the advent of new technologies, changing demand patterns and the challenges of addressing climate change. As the national transport agency, Transport Scotland is at the forefront of dealing with these challenges.

How do we capture the nation’s vision for transport; what should our transport strategy be for the next period; and what will transport look like in 10 years’ time? And, as a key demand, what is transport’s role in supporting the wider economy."
